Fugary Fishing Shacks, Hudson, New York, Winter 3016 |
Fugary Fishing Shacks received an honorable mention from juror Hamidah Glasgow in the 23rd Griffin Museum Juried Exhibition opening July 13th. The photograph was featured in a photography review by Mark Feeney for the Boston Globe: "Most of the images are in color. Tema Stauffer’s understated use of it,
in “Fishing Shacks, Hudson, New York,” is especially impressive,
underscoring the sense of stillness in the scene. They’re cousin to
Catherine Opie’s icehouses. That is high praise."
